Naseerah’s Bake Shop
All products from Naseerah’s Bake Shop are made fresh to order and contain perishable ingredients. Please review our shipping and delivery guidelines to ensure your order arrives safely and is handled properly.
1. Perishable Product Notice
Our cookies, cookie dough, and desserts are perishable.
To maintain freshness and food safety:

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

We are not responsible for misplaced, stolen, spoiled, or unattended packages.

Cookie dough must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival.

Desserts and baked goods should be refrigerated or enjoyed immediately, depending on the item.
2. Philadelphia Area Delivery & Pick-Up
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on mileage, calculated using the distance from our location in Philadelphia.
Most delivery fees range between $5–$15 on average depending on your exact distance.

Minimum purchase for delivery: $20

Exact fee will be provided at checkout or when your order is confirmed.
Delivery Timing

Orders placed during normal business hours qualify for next business day delivery or Saturday delivery.

If the next day falls on a Sunday, delivery will occur the following business day.

Deliveries begin at 12:00 PM (noon).

You will receive a text or email notification when your order is out for delivery.
Pick-Up

Pick-up is available the next business day after placing your order.

Pick-up hours:
Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Changing Pick-Up to Delivery

If you originally selected pick-up but want to switch to delivery:

A $10 delivery fee applies

You must call to request this change

Delivery will follow the timing listed above

Orders Placed After Business Hours

Orders placed after hours are considered received on the next business day.

Delivery or pick-up will follow the next-business-day schedule.
3. Shipping Policy (Outside Local Delivery Area)
Order Processing

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be processed.

All orders ship on Tuesday to ensure weekday delivery.

No weekend shipping due to the perishable nature of our products.
Shipping Methods
Orders ship via:

UPS 1-Day or 2-Day Priority, or
-
USPS Priority Mail
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once shipped.
Delays & Tracking Issues
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us:

4. Important Shipping Notes
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays or weather-related delays

Packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Packages marked “delivered” but not received

Spoiled, softened, melted, or damaged items due to delivery conditions or unattended packages
Perishable items must be retrieved immediately upon delivery.
